Pkjo Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

1. General Terms & Conditions

Pkjo (pkjo.bet) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between pkjo and the user.

It is each user's responsibility to read pkjo's Terms & Conditions in full. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or participating in any game, you are agreeing to these terms.

2. Account Registration & User Responsibilities

To register on pkjo, users must provide accurate and complete information. pkjo reserves the right to close any account created with false or incorrect details and forfeit any funds held in that account.

• Full legal name (as it appears on your National ID)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (as proof of being 18 or older)

Account Usage Restrictions:

• Each person may hold only one pkjo account.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, email address, or phone number is not permitted.
• You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Keeping your password secure is your own responsibility.

3. Age Verification & KYC Process

Pkjo is a responsible gaming platform. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use pkjo. Age verification is one of the strictest requirements in these terms and conditions.

Pkjo may request identity verification (KYC) documents from any user at any time. Any one of the following documents is acceptable:

• National ID (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth registration certificate (including confirmation of age 18+)

Withdrawal requests may not be processed if KYC has not been completed. pkjo stores all user-submitted documents with strict confidentiality and does not share them with any third party.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

7. Prohibited Activities

Any activity that violates pkjo's terms and conditions is strictly prohibited. The following actions will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Deliberately exploiting any bug or glitch in a game.

• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to pkjo's systems.
• Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting the wagering requirements.

8. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Pkjo reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to submit KYC documents or submission of fraudulent documents.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By court order or directive from a law enforcement authority.

Account closure by the user:

To close your pkjo account voluntarily, email support@pkjo.bet or let us know via live chat. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under pkjo's terms and conditions, pkjo is not liable for:

• If a user's password or account details are compromised due to their own negligence.
• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device issue.
• If a transaction is delayed due to third-party payment gateway issues (bKash, Nagad).
• Service disruption due to unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
